Next trip---Remember!

I must remember to take along a small bottle of hand sanitizer that I could carry in my pocket. So often while walking down subway stairs hanging on to the railing, I would think who and what has touched this railing. Also going up steps at buildings, down walk ways to the plane, down aisles at theatres and many other places, I always hold on to the railing. I think it comes with age. I never used to have to hold on to railings but now it helps pull me up the stairs and it keeps me from sliding down the stairs too fast. At the age I am at now, I have to remember a "broken hip" could be a reality........

When you are on tour and on and off the bus there is no place to wash your hands and by the time you get to a place you may want to grab a hot dog from a street vendor, you have forgotten what may lay in the grooves of your finger prints and even do the unthinkable and lick your fingers...Yuck.
If I had hand sanitizer along I could freshen my hands immediately while I was grossed out with vivid images in my head.
